Morning Briefing

The Morning Briefing is a routine Miley runs before your day begins. She reviews overnight messages, today’s schedule, and anything still waiting on you, then sends one focused summary of what deserves your attention first.

Subject: Set up my Morning Briefing

Start each workday with a quick overview of what matters most, so I know where to focus before the day gets busy.

Run this every weekday morning an hour before I start work.

  • Review anything important that came in overnight across email and the tools I’ve connected. Only surface what needs my attention today.
  • Check today’s calendar, including who I’m meeting, anything I should prepare, and any scheduling conflicts.
  • Look for unfinished commitments, approaching deadlines, things I promised to do, and anything I’m still waiting on from others.
  • Prioritize everything by importance and urgency, not simply by when it arrived.

Send everything as one concise email I can read in about two minutes. If there’s genuinely nothing important, just tell me that instead of filling the briefing with unnecessary updates.

By default, you can read and summarize information on your own, but don’t send messages, reply, schedule, or make changes without my approval.

If I already have a Morning Briefing routine, don’t create another one. Use these instructions to personalize the existing workflow around the tools I use, how I work, and anything else you already know about my preferences.

Built in from the start — use it as-is or tailor it to you.

Your Thursday briefing

Miley
Two things need your attention before lunch.
Here’s where to start.

Top Priority: Pricing approval

Jean sent revised pricing last night and needs your sign-off before a 1:00 PM EST client review. A draft response is ready for you to check.

Your day: 5 meetings, one overlap

Your 3:15 PM strategy session overlaps with a personal calendar block. Your 11:30 AM meeting with BrightPath is today’s main external call, and Miley has the latest notes and account updates ready beforehand.

This becomes your routine — update it anytime.

1

Miley gets started before you do

She finds what deserves your attention

Miley reviews new messages, your schedule, and unfinished commitments across connected tools, then separates the important from the noise.

3

You get one focused update

Everything arrives in one quick briefing with the highest-priority items first, so you know exactly where to begin.

FAQ

What does the Morning Briefing do?

The Morning Briefing is an automatic Miley routine that runs every weekday morning. It reviews your latest email, today’s calendar, and open commitments, then gives you one prioritized summary before your workday begins. You can customize what Miley checks, when the briefing runs, and what it includes.

Is my email and calendar information protected?

Miley only works with the accounts and tools you choose to connect. You control her access and can require approval before she takes actions on your behalf.

Can I adjust what’s in the briefing?

Yes. Tell Miley what you want more or less of — specific deals, projects, news, meetings, or priorities — and she can adjust the briefing around what matters to you.

Do I need to build the routine myself?

No. Morning Briefing is ready when you create your Miley account. Connect the tools you want Miley to use, then personalize the routine around how you prefer to start your day.

What can Miley handle on her own?

She can take care of assigned research, reporting, recurring workflows, drafts, and other day-to-day work. For actions that require oversight, Miley can pause and ask for approval before proceeding.

What are Miley Apps?

Custom tools Miley creates for your internal use cases. She can build things like dashboards, trackers, portals, and internal workflows that your team can access through their own link and login.

What are Miley Docs?

Shareable reports, documents, and dashboards Miley creates for your team, customers, or investors. You decide who can view them through an easy to send link.

How is Miley different from other AI tools?

Miley is designed to work across roles instead of being limited to one narrow function. Rather than configuring multiple bots or building agents yourself, your team can give Miley work in plain language and let her handle the execution.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the work Miley performs instead of the number of people using her. Credit usage rises or falls with how much work your team delegates.

How can we manage usage and spend?

Admins can monitor credit consumption, receive alerts as balances get low, and add credits when more capacity is needed. For everyday tasks, you can also choose more efficient work models to keep usage predictable.
