Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to personal information collected through our website, the Miley application, and other interactions with Level Business Corp, including web forms, email, telephone, SMS/text messaging, and customer-support processes.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Name, telephone number, email address, company name and mailing address.
• Account and workspace details you set up in Miley, and the messages, tasks and files you and your team exchange with Miley.
• Appointment, booking and follow-up details created through Miley on your behalf.
• Communication preferences and records of consent, including SMS opt-in and opt-out records.
• Connected accounts. If you connect a third-party account such as Gmail, Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, we receive the information you authorize through that provider, which may include message content, sender and recipient details, dates, calendar events and files. If you connect an account provided by your employer, you confirm you are authorized to do so

Information collected automatically

When you use our website or product, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, dates and times of visits, and interactions with the site.

Payment information

Payments are processed by an authorized payment provider. Level Business Corp does not store complete payment-card numbers submitted through that provider.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

• Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: (1) Google user data is accessed and used only to provide or improve the features you use; (2) we do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models; (3) we do not use Google user data to serve advertisements; (4) we do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the features you requested, for security purposes such as detecting abuse, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent; and (5) we do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law. The uses described below exclude Google user data except as permitted above.
• Provide, operate, secure and improve Miley and our website.
• Respond to questions and support requests.
• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments and follow-ups requested through Miley.
• Send service-related information such as confirmations, reminders, replies to your messages, receipts and account notifications.
• Maintain records, meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations, and prevent fraud or misuse.

Communications and SMS Consent

We may contact you through the communication methods you provide and authorize. Text messages from Miley are service-related: replies to messages you send us, appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for information you asked Miley to handle (for example a receipt photo), and account notifications. We do not send marketing text messages under this program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the requested messaging services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time or HELP for assistance. Additional SMS terms are available in our SMS Terms and Terms and Conditions.

How Information Is Disclosed

We do not sell personal information. We may provide limited information to vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, customer support, AI model providers, calendar and email integrations you connect, payment processing, analytics, and communications delivery (including SMS delivery through our messaging provider). We use third-party artificial intelligence providers to understand your requests and produce replies and drafts. Content needed for a request, which may include connected-account content, is sent to those providers only for that purpose, and we contractually require them not to use it to train their models or retain it beyond what is needed to provide the service to us. These vendors are permitted to use information only to perform services for Level Business Corp and must protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, court process, protect legal rights, prevent fraud or misuse, or respond to a valid governmental request.

Mobile information protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

For clarity, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent may be transmitted only to aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the text-messaging service. It is not provided to any other party for that party's marketing or promotional use.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand site usage, improve performance and measure advertising. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain site functions.

We keep which ad or link brought you to Miley, in a cookie on miley.ai for 90 days, so we know which of our ads work. We never sell it.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and consent records (including opt-out and suppression records), complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of certain personal information. We may retain information when required by law, contractual obligations or legitimate recordkeeping needs.

• SMS: reply STOP to cancel future SMS messages from the program.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us.
• Cookies: adjust your browser settings.
• Privacy request: contact us using the information below.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

State privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. By connecting a third-party account to Miley you consent to our access and processing of that account’s data for the purposes described in this Policy. You may withdraw that consent at any time by disconnecting the account in Settings or by deleting your Miley account. Information Miley received from a connected Google account and used in a conversation is removed from your workspace 30 days after that conversation’s work finishes, and is removed at once when you disconnect the account.

Children's Privacy

Our website, product and SMS program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

External Websites and Services

Our website and product may link to or integrate with external websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
