Rules governing use of the Miley website and product, and the terms that apply when a user opts in to receive text messages from Level Business Corp.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website miley.ai, the Miley product, and the messaging program operated by Level Business Corp ("Level," "Miley," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the website or the product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them. SMS-specific terms apply only when you separately provide affirmative consent to receive text messages. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the product or the SMS program. By using the website you represent that you are at least 18 years old and, if acting on behalf of a company, that you are authorized to do so.
Miley is an AI employee for businesses. It answers questions, handles tasks, communicates with your team and your customers through channels you connect, and keeps records of that work in your workspace. Features may change over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your login, and for the activity of people you invite into your workspace. Notify us promptly at support@miley.ai of any unauthorized use.
You may use the website and the product only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, send unlawful, abusive or misleading messages through Miley, or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable messaging and privacy laws. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or Level Business Corp.
Unless otherwise indicated, the website's and product's text, logos, graphics, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Level Business Corp and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you and your team provide to Miley.
The website and product may link to or use services operated by other companies, such as calendars, email, payment processing, analytics, or communications delivery. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content or independent practices.
You may link a third-party account such as Google or Microsoft to Miley. By linking an account you authorize Level Business Corp to access, and where applicable store, information from that account to the extent necessary to provide the Services, and you represent that you are entitled to grant that access. Your relationship with the account provider is governed by your agreement with that provider.
When you affirmatively opt in, Level Business Corp may send text messages from Miley to the mobile number you provide. Messages are service-related and conversational: replies to messages you send Miley, appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for information you asked Miley to handle, and account notifications. We do not send marketing text messages under this program. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Miley. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless carrier for questions about your text or data plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from the program. After you send STOP, we will send one text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the program unless you opt in again.
To rejoin after opting out, reply START, or complete the opt-in form at miley.ai/sms again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received within a particular time.
Our collection and use of information related to the SMS program are described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not provided to other parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
The SMS program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable federal and state law, carrier requirements, and relevant messaging-industry standards.
By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and to consent to messages at that number.
Paid plans, if any, are described at the point of purchase. Fees are billed in advance for the selected period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The website, the product and their content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Miley is an AI system and may make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing work performed on your behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Level Business Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website or product, reliance on their content, or use of external websites or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Level Business Corp, its officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website or product, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls. Any dispute relating to the website, the product or these Terms will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida, subject to any applicable written agreement between you and Level Business Corp.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, product, messaging program, business practices or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use after publication means the updated Terms apply to future use.
